Terms of Use Agreement
Last Updated: 2026-04-04
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Warcraft Guild Manager ("Service"). By creating an account, connecting Battle.net, or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and Account
You must be legally allowed to use online services in your country and old enough to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your login methods secure.
2. Service Scope
Warcraft Guild Manager helps guilds organize data such as characters, rosters, events, simulations, loot tracking, and recruitment workflows. Features may change over time, and some features can be limited, added, or removed.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for unlawful activity or to violate third-party rights;
- attempt unauthorized access, abuse APIs, or disrupt platform availability;
- upload malicious code, spam, or misleading content;
- impersonate another person, guild, or organization;
- reverse engineer or copy the Service beyond what is allowed by law.
4. Battle.net and Third-Party Services
Some features require Battle.net or other third-party services. Those services are operated independently and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
If a third-party integration is unavailable, related features may be partially or fully unavailable.
5. User Content
You keep ownership of content you submit (text, images, form answers, configuration data), but you grant us the rights needed to host, process, and display it for normal Service operation.
You must ensure your content is lawful and that you have permission to upload it.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its code, branding, and interface elements, is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.
7. Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, including for maintenance, security, or product evolution.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if use creates risk for users or the platform.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or fitness for a specific purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from use of, or inability to use, the Service.
11. Privacy Policy (Data and Cookies)
We do not store personal user data on our servers as part of normal Service use. The Service only uses cookies for technical preferences (for example UI settings and display choices).
No advertising trackers are used by default. If this changes in the future, these Terms will be updated.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the Service operator is established, unless mandatory local consumer laws provide otherwise.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after publication of updated Terms means you accept the revised version.
14. Contact
For questions about these Terms, contact the Service administrator through the support channel available in the app.
